Creamy Pasta With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettuccine (uncooked)
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/3 c. fat-free Kraft mayonnaise
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Egg Beater, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (1 c.)
Preparation
    Prepare fettuccine as directed on package.
    Drain and set aside.
    Gradually add skim milk to fat-free mayonnaise and garlic in a small saucepan.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; blend in Egg Beater.
    Toss with fettuccine until well coated.
    Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
    Serves 8.
