Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    9 slices cubed bread
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 lb. sausage
    3/4 tsp. mustard
    2 c. cheese
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sausage, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard. Layer with bread and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
