Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pkg. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix salt, peppers and onions.
    Add hominy, soup and cheese. Melt margarine.
    Stir in cracker crumbs.
    Pour over other mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
