Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, peeled and sliced thin
    your favorite pasta sauce
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    milk
    egg
    olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dip eggplant slices in milk and egg and fry in olive oil. Layer this alternately with sauce and ground beef.
    Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, then Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
