Ritz Cracker Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 box Ritz crackers

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except crackers, in microwave bowl.
Cook in microwave until mixture is thick and spreadable like peanut butter.
Spread on crackers; place on large cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Put small amount of cream cheese frosting on top.
