Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 10oz. pkg. jumbo pasta shells
    1 24oz. container of lowfat cottage cheese
    1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Blend cottage cheese and spinach in large bowl. Add garlic to taste. Set aside. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Put in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce. Microwave until hot.
