Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1/2 clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    about 3/4 c. beer
Preparation
    In a food processor, grate cheese finely.
    Mix in garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add beer gradually until of spreading consistency.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Serve at room temperature with crackers, party bread, or chips.
    Improves with age.
