My Sister Trudy'S Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. water
2 sticks margarine
1 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa

Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, sour cream and eggs.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil water, margarine and cocoa.
Add hot cocoa mixture all at once to flour mixture and cream together.
Do not beat.
Pour mixture into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
