Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1 lb.) canned salmon, drained and save liquid
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix well and form into a loaf.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with following sauce.
