Ingredients

1 lb. diet lean ground beef
1 bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 large onion, diced
1 can stewed tomatoes, cut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen okra
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Fry ground beef, onion and bell pepper with seasoning until done.
Add tomatoes, okra, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce; simmer until okra is cooked.
Serve with rice and wheat rolls.
