Fried Rice Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. slivered almonds
    1 small onion, chopped well
    1 medium green pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked rice, cooled
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Put small amount of oil or butter in skillet; add almonds and cook over low heat, stirring, until browned.
    Add onion, green pepper and seasonings.
    Stir together and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add rice and soy sauce.
    Mix well and cook until well heated (approximately 10 minutes).
