Mom'S Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 large pepper
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 or 3 celery stalks
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes.
    Chop or put in blender the onion, pepper, celery and tomatoes.
    Cook in a heavy kettle about 3 hours or until thick.
    Adjust seasoning as desired.
    Pour into pint jars and process in a canner.
    Keeps well in the refrigerator.
