Ingredients

4 c. fresh blueberries or 4 c. frozen, well drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
Yields about 4 cups.
