Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

4 to 5 apples, peeled and cut
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and 5 tablespoons sugar.
Set aside in a bowl.
