Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices pumpernickel bread
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 Tbsp. sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 lb. sliced corned beef
    butter
Preparation
    Spread 6 slices bread with mustard.
    Top with cheese, 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut and corned beef.
    Cover with remaining bread.
    Spread butter on both sides of bread.
    Grill on both sides until hot and cheese is melted.
    Yield: 6 servings.
