B J U Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
7 Tbsp. shortening
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. cornflakes
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. shortening
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix and sprinkle on top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
