Oriental Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. crabmeat, cooked
    1 1/2 c. (10 oz.) frozen Oriental vegetables
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet or wok.
    Add crabmeat and vegetables, cook and stir over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
    Add seasoning; stir.
    Cook 1 more minute.
    Serve over rice.
