Egg Custard Pie(Makes Its Own Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except milk, and beat well, then add the milk.
    Pour into a greased and floured pie plate.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, or until done.
    Add a dash of nutmeg on top.
