Mustard-Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. mustard (preferably Dijon-style)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Makes 2/3 cup of dressing.
    Great on any tossed green salad.
    Try over asparagus spears or green beans for change of taste.
