Crock-Pot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    12 to 13 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine in skillet and saute onions and celery. Pour over bread crumbs in very large mixing bowl.
    Add seasoning
    and toss together well.
    Pour in enough broth to moisten. Add
    eggs and
    mix well.
    Pack lightly into crock-pot.
    Cover and
    set
    to high for 45 minutes.
    Then reduce to low to cook for 4 to 8 hours.
