Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
8 oz. crushed pineapple, including juice
Preparation

Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
In large bowl, sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add other ingredients and stir until mixed (hand mix only).
Pour into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
