Oriental Sauteed Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onion slices
    1/3 c. red sweet pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced*
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt oleo and saute onion and pepper.
    Add rice, water chestnuts and parsley.
    Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in grated cheese and continue cooking 5 minutes.
    Serves 8.
