Strawberries Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. strawberries
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 lemon
    1 oz. rum
    2 oz. Cointreau
    1/2 pt. cream
Preparation
    Clean and hull 2 quarts of strawberries.
    Sweeten with sugar. Whip vanilla ice cream and fold in cream (whipped).
    Add the juice of 1 lemon, rum and Cointreau.
    Pour cream over strawberries.
    Serves 8.
