Fluffy Oven Eggs And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion, if desired
1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preparation

Grease a casserole.
Cut up bacon and fry until crisp.
Add onion and cook.
Drain.
Spread in bottom of casserole dish.
Beat Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over bacon.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes, uncovered, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
