Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    32 oz. thick spaghetti sauce (Prego)
    1 1/2 c. water
    15 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    8 oz. lasagne noodles (uncooked)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add sauce and water.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients except noodles.
    Pour 1 cup sauce in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Layer 3 pieces of uncooked noodles over sauce.
    Cover with 1 1/2 cups sauce.
    Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over sauce.
    Repeat layers of noodles, 1 1/2 cups sauce and rest of cheese filling; top with lasagne noodles and then the rest of the sauce.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
    Let set 10 minutes before serving.
