Aunt Sue'S Mexican Chicken Casserole(Club Member: Laine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and boned
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can Old El Paso peppers
    1 can tomatoes and chilies
    1 bag Doritos, crushed
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 pound cheese with chicken, cream of chicken soup and the chilies; heat. Mix Doritos in bottom of casserole dish. Put a layer of chicken mixture. Sprinkle another layer of Doritos until both are used up. Add the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes. This is hot with peppers. Use only 2 green peppers for milder taste.
