Louise'S Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place in a 2 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.
    Brown 1 pound bulk sausage and drain off fat.
    Sprinkle over bread. Spread cheese over sausage.
    Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread and sausage and cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
