Peanut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 to 3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix and bake in muffin tins in moderate oven.
When cool dip muffins in thin icing made with confection sugar and milk.
Then dip in ground peanuts.
