California Honey Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    12 tea bags
    1 pkg. cherry flavor gelatin dessert
    1 c. honey
    1 c. cold water
    46 oz. can grapefruit juice
    6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
    6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
    2 large bottles ginger ale, pink champagne or wine
Preparation
    Pour 2 cups boiling water over the tea bags; cover.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove tea bags and cool tea at room temperature. Dissolve gelatin dessert in 1 cup boiled water.
    Stir in honey, then cold water; add to cooled tea.
    At serving time, combine mixture with grapefruit juice, orange juice, lemonade, ginger ale, pink champagne or wine.
    Put a block of ice in punch bowl and pour punch over it.
