Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
Preparation

Cream butter to soften.
Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy.
Add syrup and salt; beat well.
Add eggs (one at a time), beating thoroughly after each.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean; cool.
