Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large club crackers
1/4 lb. melted margarine
1/4 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 oz. king crab meat or sea legs, chopped
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 Tbsp. Sauterne
12 large mushrooms
Preparation

Crush crackers to semi-fine grind.
Add and mix all ingredients to soft pasty consistency.
Remove mushroom stems. Mound stuffing in caps.
Place on buttered pie pan in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
