Oatmeal Macaroons - cooking recipe

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. Quaker oats
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars.
Add and beat well, eggs and vanilla.
Add and mix in sifted flour and dry ingredients.
Mix in oatmeal and nuts.
Roll in balls.
Bake on greased sheet 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
