Zucchini And Onions With Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. sliced (1/8 inch) zucchini
    1 c. sliced (1/8 inch) onion
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1 medium tomato, wedged
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients except tomato and cheese.
    Continue cooking until zucchini is crisp-tender (7 to 10 minutes).
    Add tomato; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
