Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 celery stalk (small), chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    few drops Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. bread crumbs with a little milk
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients well.
    Shape this mixture into cakes.
    Dip the cakes in another beaten egg and then dip cakes into more bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
