Best Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Warm water in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds on High.
    Pour into large bowl and add salt, sugar, yeast and 1 cup flour.
    Mix well; add remaining flour.
    When mixture is too thick to stir, pour onto heavily floured surface.
    Dough will absorb flour but should remain \"sticky.\"
    Place back into bowl and cover with plastic or towel.
    Let rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Knead on floured surface, it will be moist.
    Keep surface heavily floured.
    Roll out for pizza.
    Bake pizza crust at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Use this recipe for French bread and dinner rolls too.
