Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    3 c. jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer five minutes.
    Pack in jars.
    Use all liquid.
    Makes 3 pints.
