Angel Cornsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, yeast, salt and soda.
    Then mix eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients. Stir well and spoon into well-greased cast-iron cornstick pan. Fill 1/2 full.
    Bake at
    450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
