Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cooked
    1 stick margarine
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Put hot carrots into blender or food processor.
    While mixing, add margarine, eggs, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and baking powder.
    Put into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
