Garden Fresh Garlic Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pizza shell
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    2 small red tomatoes, thinly sliced
    Ricotta cheese
    olive or vegetable oil
    Italian seasoning
    garlic salt
    Romano cheese, grated fine
Preparation
    Coat both sides of pizza shell (lightly) with oil.
    Spread on a thin layer of Ricotta cheese.
    Evenly distribute garlic slices. Next, cover with zucchini slices, followed with tomato slices. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt; top with Romano cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 18 minutes or until bottom of shell is light brown.
    Serves 3 to 4.
