Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    paprika
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Oil large shallow baking dish.
    Without peeling, thinly slice potatoes.
    Place half of potatoes in dish.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, half of sesame seed and paprika.
    Repeat layers.
    Pour milk over.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover the last 15 minutes.
