Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 1/2 oz. can artichokes (not marinated)
6 1/2 oz. jar marinated artichokes
1 small can chopped green chili peppers
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Chop artichokes and put in a deep dish pie pan or quiche pan. Add chili peppers and spread mayonnaise over peppers.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
