Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) cans sliced beets
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
Preparation

Boil corn ready to eat.
Cut corn off cob; fill dry canning jars 2/3 full.
In cooker, bring to a boil 1 cup salt and 1 gallon water.
Fill jars to ring, not to full seal.
