Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cube butter
1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
1 bell pepper (optional)*
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
1 pt. sour cream
Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Mix well with all the other ingredients (except sour cream and Cheddar).
Place in casserole dish.
Cover with sour cream and Cheddar cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
