The New Famous Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1 garlic clove, pressed (substitute 1/8 tsp.)
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. strawberry preserves

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except preserves and mix well.
Mold into ring and chill.
Fill with preserves to serve.
Can be frozen after taking out of ring.
