Five Pound Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef brisket (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 garlic clove
    salt and pepper
    1 bottle Kraft barbecue onion sauce
    1 bottle Kraft smoked barbecue sauce
Preparation
    First day and night:
    Marinate brisket in vinegar, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
