Jalapeno Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. can jalapeno peppers
2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 large onion
1 to 3 cloves garlic
1 qt. salad dressing
Preparation

Remove stems and seeds from jalapeno peppers, saving the liquid.
Remove cheese from refrigerator and grate.
Let stand until room temperature.
Grind together the peppers, onion and garlic.
Place cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the pepper mixture and the liquid and blend for 5 minutes.
Add salad dressing, increase speed of mixer and let mix until smooth. Will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.
