Tex-Mex Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. popcorn, popped in oil
2 tsp. ground chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 c. cubed (to 1/4-inch cubes) Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Keep popcorn warm.
Mix seasonings together and toss with popcorn.
Add cheese and mix thoroughly.
Makes 2 quarts.
