Eggs Rebel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices bread, diced
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 lb. smoked sausage or diced ham
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13 1/2-inch casserole dish.
    Cook sausage or ham in skillet and cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Place cubed bread and sausage on bottom of casserole dish.
    Mix the remaining ingredients with a mixer or in the blender.
    Do not overbeat. Pour over the bread and sausage; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
