Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots
1 medium onions
1 small green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender, but firm.
Drain and cool.
Mince green pepper and slice onion.
Mix with cooled carrots.
Cover with remaining ingredients and marinate about 12 hours.
Keeps at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.
