Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
food coloring
peppermint or wintergreen

Preparation

May substitute 1 package unsweetened Kool-Aid for coloring and fragrance.
